This is a very unique medallion! A running horse that has a hand-tooled designs on the back of the horse. The head of the horse has been inlaid with lapis. The medicine wheel is outlined in gold and has been inlaid with pipestone, buffalo horn, sandstone, and mother of pearl.
The medallion measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter on a 20 inch linked chain with a lobster claw closure.
