Dragonfly Necklace w/Larimar Cabochon
Artist: Paul Szabo, Sicangu Lakota
This hand-tooled piece embodies classic Northern Plains design and spirit. The pendant is made of sterling silver with 10K dragonfly effigies accented by a bold Larimar cabochon.
For the Lakota, the meaning of the dragonfly symbol was to signify happiness, speed, and purity. The dragonfly, tusweca also represents transformation and life's ever-constant process of change.
The center Larimer cabochon measures 1-3/4 inches long x 1-1/4 inches at its widest point. It hangs from a heavy double-loop adjustable silver chain.
Please note: All measurements are approximate.
