It's easy and secure! Just place the product(s) you wish to order in your electronic shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout." Follow the instructions provided on screen, and select your payment option. Methods of Payment Credit or Debit Cards We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover; Gift Certificates and PayPal. PayPal is an easy, secure way to shop online. Please visit www.paypal.com to sign-up. We will charge your credit card when we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please note: Once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check your lending institution's policy). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. Akta Lakota Museum & Cultural Center reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax. Checks and Money Orders To pay by check or money order, please print out your completed Shopping Cart page and mail it to Akta Lakota Museum & Cultural Center Order Department, St. Joseph 's Indian School, PO Box 89, Chamberlain, SD 57325 . We are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks drawn from U.S. banks. To determine the amount required for your payment, use the subtotal amount from the Shopping Cart page including shipping and handling charges. Paying by check or money order will slow down your order as items will not be shipped until checks or money orders are received and funds are cleared. If you would like assistance to determine your total purchase price before mailing your order, please call 1-800-798-3452. Faxing Orders If you prefer to fax your order, print the completed Shopping Cart page and fax it to us at (605) 234-3480, Attn: Akta Lakota Museum & Cultural Center Order Dept. Please be sure to include your credit card information, expiration date and a daytime phone number. If transmission problems occur, please mark the second fax as "duplicate." Shipping & Handling We ship all in-stock items within 72 hours depending on holidays, weekends, mail traffic and other conditions. When your purchases are shipped through standard USPS methods, please expect up to 10 days for delivery. Special shipping options are available upon request. A handling fee will be applied – per address – for each order received. This rate can be found in our shopping cart. Rates are subject to change without notice. Any shipping information provided within a product description overrides the information provided by the shipping chart. Allow one additional business day for orders received after 3:00 p.m. (CST). If the actual shipping charge is considerably more than indicated when you purchase an item, a sales associate will contact you prior to charging your card. Delivery charges vary on all international orders. Sales Tax Sales tax only applies to orders shipped within South Dakota . All applicable charges will be added to South Dakota orders once it has shipped. Returns To return an item, please follow the steps below. Also, be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and mailing receipt for your records. 1. Print out our online return form, or call 1-800-798-3452 to have one sent to you. 2. Complete the form entirely. 3. Indicate next to each item if you want to return or exchange the items. 4. Ship the package via UPS Ground or USPS. Be sure to insure the package to guarantee it safely reaches our warehouse.   a.
